Liz, as she is known at our farm, is a twenty-one year old who has been riding for thirteen years, all of which have been at HGF. She has ridden a lot of different horses and ponies through the years including Copper Penny ("Copper"), Here Comes the Sun ("Lucky"), Sir Elliott ("Elliott"),Take It In Stride ("Alex"), Black Cherry Blues ("Hoemer Simpson"), Iglesias "(Julio"), Told You So ("Teddy"), and Legend Has It ("Legend").In 2002, Liz and Copper were Champions in HHSA Small/Medium Pleasure Pony and were also High Point Pleasure Pony Champions.The following year, Liz and Lucky were Reserve Champions in HHSA 13 & Under Equitation and also earned two 8th places in HHSA Children's Hunter Horse and in the HHSA Harford Hunter Seat Medal Finals at Claddagh Manor.In 2004, Liz and Elliott were 6th in HHSA 13 & Under Equitation and 8th in Children's Hunter Horse.in 2005, Liz and Alex were champion in BCHSA Children's Hunter Horse, qualidfied for BCHSA Junior Horse Medals, and champion in BCHSA 14-17 Equitation. The following year, in 2006 were champion in HHSA Junior Hunter Horse, Second in HHSA Junior Horse Medals, and Champion in 14-17 Equitation. in 2007 Liz and Hoemer were champion in HHSA Junior Hunter Horse, Second in HHSA Junior Horse Medals, and Champion in 14-17 Equitation. The following year her last year as a junior Liz just had fun that year but she was Reserve Champion in Junior Hunter Horse, Second in both HHSA and BCHSA Medal finals, and Reserve Champion in 14-17 Equitation
in 2009 Liz and Julio were Reserve Champion in Baby Green Hunter, Reserve Champion in Adult Equitation, and second in HHSA Adult Medal, The following year, Fourth in HHSA Adult Medal, and Reserve Champion in Green Hunter Horse.
in 2011 Liz and Hoemer were Champion in BCHSA Amature Adult Hunter, and Third in HHSA Amature Adult Hunter. Liz and Teddy were Third in HHSA Baby Green, and 5th in Schooling Horse. Liz and Legend Won the HHSA Medals, and 5th in BCHSA Medal.
Currently Liz is Riding Legend, and will be showing him in the 2012 show season.
